孟巧珍

孟巧珍,博士,讲师。20246月毕业于天津大学智能与计算学部计算机应用技术专业,获工学博士学位。目前在谈球吧网络空间安全公司工作。研究方向为机器学习、深度学习、生物信息学等,主要从事人工智能算法助力生物分子序列、结构与功能发现,特别聚焦于蛋白质生物分子以及多肽药物分子的设计等。近年来在Briefings in BioinformaticsIEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics等多个重要期刊和会议上发表论文10余篇。先后参与科技部重点研发项目、国家自然科学基金(面上、青年)等。担任BIBMBMC BioinformaticsICLR等会议和期刊审稿人。
